A simple way to manage SOAD administration
A new way to manage Mental Health Act Administration
Discover more about Thalamos
There is now a new way to receive all of your SOAD submissions, as well as Section 136 handovers from the British Transport Police.
The eMHA Portal allows MHA legal teams to manage receipt of these digital forms all in one place, making administration, monitoring and requesting changes simpler, swifter and safer.
The portal also provides a dashboard so that your trust can better understand the frequency, quality and any patterns of issues associated with these submissions.
Allows MHA Legal Teams to receive all SOAD statutory certificates and report forms completed for all patients in their service.
Reports and certificates sit within a team caseload, for shared oversight.
Integration-ready with Rio, enabling one-click upload to reduce processing times.
Provides in-application dashboards and report of SOAD data including number of SOAD forms received, number of treatment requested vs authorised, patient consent statuses and demographic data.
Receive a copy of all BTP s136 handovers.
Provides dashboards and reports of data including number of s136 handovers from BTP and police attendance durations.
Operational efficiency: Less manual oversight needed, reduced risk of duplication, error, or delay in processing MHA forms from eMHA by Thalamos users like SOADs.
Live audit trail: Instance access to full activity logs helping tracking and managing workflows, and supporting internal governance.
Data reporting: Permanent access to all submitted forms, and built-in dashboards and reports showing activity, form volumes, wait times revealing trends and bottlenecks in real time and over time.
Team visibility: Allows collaborative working, cases can be claimed, and progress is visible to all, reducing duplication and improving handovers.
