From March 2025 there will be a new way to receive all of your SOAD submissions, as well as Section 136 admissions from the British Transport Police.
The new eMHA admin portal will allow MHA legal teams to manage receipt of these digital forms all in one place, making administration, monitoring and requesting changes simpler, swifter and safer.
The portal also provides a dashboard so that your trust can better understand the frequency, quality and any patterns of issues associated with these submissions.
Allows MHA Legal Teams to receive all SOAD statutory certificates and report forms nationally completed for patients in their care
Allows MHA Legal Teams to receive Section 136, Section 5-6 and Voluntary Forms completed by MPS and BTP nationally

Integration-ready with EPRs enabling automatic uploads to EPRs reducing MHA Law time scanning and uploading forms
Provides in application dashboards and reports of Police Data including number of detentions, detention durations and breaches, outcomes and demographics data
Provides in application dashboards and report of SOAD data including number of SOAD forms received, number of treatment requested vs authorised, patient consent statuses and demographic data
